Letter from the CEO

The founders at ITCentrix are often asked, "Why did you form ITCentrix and how are you different from other software companies?"

There are three related trends that guide us.

Accountability
Organizations and individuals are being held responsible for investment decisions and company performance. Increased complexity through mergers and acquisitions, global markets forces, ever-present financial pressures and added government oversight have made investment decisions more risky and open to greater scrutiny. 'Gut Feel' planning just doesn't cut it anymore. Thus far, brute force approaches to addressing this issue have been expensive, cumbersome and inadequate.

A Drive to Productivity
Decades of massive technology spending and continual restructuring have kept Global 2000 companies in the black by squeezing more productivity out of employees. Outsourcing and offshore competition is furthering productivity gains. But industry maturity and commoditization challenge executives to find ways to invest profitably. In today's world, differentiation requires serious analysis. The challenge is to truly understand the interrelationships between organizational entities that create value, what their respective contribution is to overall productivity and which investments will maximize results. Current approaches to address this challenge are fraught with inaccuracies and double counting.

Customer Facing Value Creation
Companies continue to invest in activities that enhance external communications. Improved call centers, customer self-help, Web transaction systems and on-line targeted marketing techniques all leverage new ways to reach, secure and service customers. As companies invest in such capabilities understanding their impact on overall corporate performance can be misleading. Traditional metrics such as web traffic and sales per customer are vital but they don't tell much about the shift of value to external sources and what this means for productivity from internal business processes. Companies increasingly must dissect their organizational pieces; understand interrelationships and how a change in one part impacts another.

ITCentrix was formed in the face of these developments to enable customers to address the substantial challenges of making informed business decisions based on quantifiable and accurate insight. We spent three years researching, developing, testing and implementing ways to overcome the constraints of traditional approaches to enterprise management and portfolio forecasting.

The result is an exceptionally powerful analytics platform that represents a new generation of enterprise software. The capabilities of our platform are unparalleled in the industry, offering an amazing combination of speed, functionality, forecast precision, scalability and ease-of-use. We invite you to visit our Web site or contact us to see how ITCentrix can empower your business decision making through quantitative, precise insight. On behalf of the team at ITCentrix, thank you for your interest in our company and we look forward to hearing from you.
