Empowering business partners to make informed decisions

ITCentrix has the pleasure of working with several partners to provide analytical insight to customers about the impact of their investments on organizational performance. These relationships bring domain expertise, service capabilities and customer access to ITCentrix software.

Current Partnerships:

Ajilon Consulting

A premier provider of information technology (IT) solutions since 1969, Ajilon Consulting addresses clients' critical business needs through the appropriate use and implementation of technology. Ajilon Consulting is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adecco, a Forbes 500 company and global leader in HR solutions. More information about Ajilon can be found at http://www.ajilonconsulting.com/index.html

Partnership Details:

ITCentrix began working with Ajilon in 1999 through Ajilon's software testing and quality assurance labs in Nashua, New Hampshire (SQP Labs). The people at the labs introduced ITCentrix to Ajilon's Outsourcing Group and the two companies explored ways to work together to provide better analytics and services to customers.

The high cost of large information technology (IT) initiatives coupled with a need to demonstrate solid return on IT investments were the key drivers behind a new service launched by Ajilon Consulting and ITCentrix in 2003. Known as "IT Value Management," the service combines ITCentrix's Precision IQ™ and Value Accelerator™ software, which began shipping in 2001, with Ajilon Consulting's implementation, life cycle governance and management capabilities. IT Value Management lets CIOs demonstrate objectively to corporate management the lasting business value of the organization's current and future IT investments.

Case Study Forum

The Case Study Forum is dedicated to reaching out to customers and prospects, and conveying the 'business value' of technology investments through the writing, publishing, and distribution of IT-focused case studies.

Case studies are written from a business/ ROI perspective, and detail the customer's experience implementing technology solutions; focusing on the business challenges, how the solution worked, organizational impact, benefits, ROI and productivity gains.

What sets these case studies apart from traditional testimonial-type (or narrative) case studies is the emphasis on quantifying the ROI and the net organizational contribution of the investments. Case Study Forum is owned by ROI Publishing, Inc. More information on the Case Study Forum can be found at http://www.casestudyforum.com/

Partnership Details:

ITCentrix began working with the Case Study Forum in 2003. The two companies felt a need existed to provide better quantification of investment returns to companies and the marketplace. Rather than simply calculate ROI in a vacuum, the two companies decided to begin marketing an approach that assessed financial return in the context of an overall company's performance, taking into account revenue, productivity and headcount change and other factors relevant to participating companies. To date, the firms have developed dozens of case studies working with Global 2000 companies in the U.S. and overseas.
